The 4x2 Switcher for HDMI v1.3 and the 2x4 Switcher for HDMI v1.3 both offer easy methods of system integration. The 4x2 Switcher for HDMI v1.3 connects four Blu-ray players, set-top boxes, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 gaming systems to two HDTVs or projectors supporting the expanded HDMI v1.3 format. Users switch between all four sources using the switcher’s IR remote. The selected source is delivered instantly to both HDMI v1.3 outputs, delivering identical A/V signals supporting 1080p full HD resolutions. For integrators wanting to send the same information to mirrored displays, it is particularly useful.
The 2x4 Switcher for HDMI v1.3 is ideal for integrators wanting to display the same hi-def video and audio on four HDTVs or projectors at the same time. It connects two Blu-ray players, gaming systems or set-top boxes to four HDTVs, supporting all HDMI v1.3 features including lip sync, Dolby TrueHD and DTS Master Audio. Users switch between both sources using the IR remote that comes with the system. Hi-def video at 1080p full HD with deep colors and multi-channel digital audio is delivered instantly to all four HDTVs.
Both switchers come with high quality HDMI connection cables that link sources to the switcher. Both are fully CEC pass through and HDCP compliant, and operate with plug and play ease. EDID and reset options are also included, making these switchers reliable performers in both commercial and residential environments.
The 4x2 and 2x4 Switchers for HDMI v1.3 are currently available to order, with shipping taking place in April 2009.
